My wow moment was using Garage Band. It was so easy to use and I have always used Mac’s but I always thought Garage Band was hard to use. But it was easy to use. I really like it and it is a great tool for me personally and in my professional career.
My two favorite tools that I will definitely incorporate in the classroom are Animoto and Wordle. I really liked Animoto because it was fun and easy to use. There are some concepts that would easier to understand if they on a slideshow. The slideshow is engaging to students and it does not take a lot of time to produce or to show. Wordle is used to let the students use their creativity. I really like this tool and will use it the future.
The two favorite resources from Edudemic. The first one is the Teaching Channel. The teaching channel is used for educators to help teach students. There are many topics on the Teaching Channel that can help the teacher understand a certain topic that they are not comfortable with or need some extra advice about. I found one that is titled A Personal Assistant for the Holidays. This shows a video of things I can do to help improve learning around the holidays.
Testmoz is a website used to make online test. It is an easy way to see if the students understand the concept and what needs to be worked on. It does not take a long time to make a test, and is set up in a simple manner. It is not confusing to make and I can see me using this in the future. Since technology is becoming a big part of the classroom.

Cool Cat Teacher Blog is a blog written by Vicki Davis, she is a teacher and also she is award winning for her blogs and wikis. I discovered the importance that blogs can serve to educators and future educators. The amount of educational advice that can be distributed is important. Blogs are new resources.
Durff’s Blog is an interesting blog to view. There are educators who are noteworthy that are written about on this blog. The blog is written to share conferences, resources, and etc. I discovered that there are many blogs that I can follow to help me become and effective educator. If I have a problem or need help I can see what they want to do.
The episode is titled Feature Teacher, the cohost are Peggy George, Kim Caise, and Lorna Costantini. Every Saturday they make a new podcast that deals with one aspect of learning. The Website of Class 2.o is http://live.class20.com. I learned some resource information on how to plan and be a effective teacher.

iPads can be really beneficial to have in the classrooms since students who have disabilities can use them in a way in which they can learn better than using regular pen and paper. Their are downfalls to iPads and that is trying to highlight and select items on the iPad. This can become frustrating to students who are not familiar with iPads.
Voice Thread is an easy tool to use to let others comment on videos and to see others input. Also I can comment on others work so they can see what I think about the video. I can use this in the classroom by having the students create a voice thread and then going in and directly commenting on the project and they can fix what they need to and then delete my comment.

iMovie was a great resource. It was effective way to make a video about the information that I chose. I could add video and pictures from different sites. I liked that I could crop the length of each video to fit the section that I wanted to show. iMovie will be beneficial in the classroom and I will use it as a regular resource.
David Kapuler’s free slideshow of 50 great sites is a great way to find resources for different subjects in school. I picked five sources that I personally would like to use in my future classroom.
The first site that I enjoyed was Comic Master because it allows students to create their own comic and by doing that they are able to use their creativity. It is a way for students and teachers to make a comic about the content area or to help the students learn.
Another site that would be useful for students to use is Lovely Chart. These charts can be used by the students who want to help organize their notes or by the teachers to be a study guide to the students. The charts can also help the students see connections of different concepts.
Tagul is a site that lets the students and teachers get to express the main concepts of an item and making a picture out of it. This is beneficial because it can be used for visual learners and those who learn by words.
Do Ink can be used to make animations. It is a really unique site that can be used for many different reasons. I would like to use it as a way for students to use for an activity in the classroom so they can share it with others.
Photo Peach is a great way to incorporate photo’s in learning. It is a unique way to learn. Any subject can be taught using this site.
